It's Time to play

Don't underestimate the power of play! Children learn through play!

At Pediatric Therapy Studio our programs are data-driven and goal-oriented, we use a play-based learning model.

Pediatric Therapy Studio fosters independence and improves the quality of life for children with developmental disabilities through an individualized treatment approach based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis

Early Intervention is not a cure for autism—it is, instead, a tool for helping children prepare for the next steps in their development.

Our BCBA starts  by reviewing all  available information. Parents  will complete comprehensive  questionnaires.

Our BCBA will  conduct  an intensive clinical  interview with  parents to understand  your concerns; followed  by an observation of  your  child.

Short and long term goals are set by parents in collaboration with the BCBA.

All  goals are broken down into teachable components.

Therapy is a team approach that involves  implementing direct therapy, monitoring progress, updating treatment goals and observing your child’s progress throughout the direct process.

Our BCBA  will  set up bi-monthly meetings to implement family training and/or conduct an overall check-in to review progress and discuss upcoming goals. Monthly family  workshops are also  conducted at our center  and via telehealth.

Benefits of  ABA  Therapy

ABA therapy is the most frequently recommended option for the treatment of ASD (autism spectrum disorder). It’s the therapy most supported by reputable sources, including The Centers for Disease Control (CDC), The National Institutes of Health (NIH), the U.S. Surgeon General, most major insurance companies and state health agencies, the American Medical Association, and the American Academy of Pediatrics.

What is ABA?

Applied behavior analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based method used to improve or change specific behaviors. ABA therapy has been effectively used to improve behaviors like social skills, reading, academics, and communication, as well as learned skills such as grooming, hygiene, and functional daily  living skills.

At Pediatric Therapy  Studio we  not only focuses on improving the life of the child with an autism or developmental delay diagnosis, but also the overall quality of life for the entire family.
